Established in 2005, The Hogsty End Handbook is THE local magazine, hand delivered through the letterboxes of 3725 homes and businesses in Woburn Sands, Woburn, Wavendon, Aspley Heath, Aspley Guise, Salford and Bow Brickhill, near Milton Keynes, every month. Extra copies are also left in Woburn Sands library, local pubs, shops and cafes. The Hogsty End Handbook is a monthly A5 full colour glossy community magazine - a residents' handbook full of really useful information. It brings you local community information, advertising of truly local goods and services, from businesses who really want to work in in the area, plus topical articles, recipes, puzzles and business features on some of the advertisers. Something for everyone. Not only does it contain useful information and articles to read, those 'hard to find services, just when you need them' are now right at your fingertips. No more ploughing through huge directories or messy newspapers trying to find a business who will take an interest in your problem. The Hogsty End Handbook is delivered FREE through your letterbox at the start of each month. Deadline for advertising or community information is 9th September for October's edition, however don't leave it too late as we do fill up very quickly and can't always just add in extra pages! Once again a recent edition sold out 2 days early, so please reserve your space as soon as possible. We would like to thank all our advertisers and readers who continue to contribute in so many ways to the ongoing success of the magazine, now well into its fifth year of publication. It has been a pleasure to meet so many local people when we are out delivering and know that you enjoy reading and using it. P.S. If you have community information you would like to share, please contact us via email as soon as possible. Community and non-profit making events will be included FREE subject to availability of space. P.P.S If you're wondering about the name of our publication, Hogsty End was the name for Woburn Sands up until approx. 1850s.
